HotStart DNA Polymerase Maker Kit
Hot Start DNA Polymerase Maker Kit is designed for the reversible chemical modification of thermostable DNA polymerases to generate Hot-Start polymerase, eliminating enzyme activity at room temperature and restoring full activity upon heating (≥95 °C). This reduces primer-dimer formation and non-specific amplification during PCR setup.
