TruSybr qPCR master mix is a uniquely formulated PCR master mix for performing real time PCR assay in 30-40 min. It includes a specially designed Polymerase which in inactive under standard master storage conditions. This uniqueness prevents non-specific amplifications during the reaction setup thus eliminating any non-specific or primer dimer formation. The master mix is ideally suited for performing real time PCR in a fast mode depending on your machine capability.
For simplicity, Fast qPCR Sybr Master mix contains all the essential reagents such as dNTPs, MgCL2 and optimised buffer. Users are required to just add their primer and template. Use of TruSybr-qPCR Sybr master mix ensures qunatification of genomic DNA, viral DNA, cDNA and plasmid or any other DNA based components
