GlowPage Gel Casting Kit

The GlowPage Gel Casting Kit is a cost-effective and user-friendly solution designed for users seeking a quick solution for casting and running of polyacrylamide gels using a standard Tris–glycine running buffer. Run can be completed in just 20-25minutes and provides Laemmli-like protein separation , thus helping to streamline routine laboratory workflows.

Furthermore, when used in combination with the GlowProtein Mix, the prepared gels allow direct visualization of separated proteins under UV illumination within 2-5 minutes without the need for conventional staining or destaining.

Additionally when used in combination with the GlowTransblot Buffer, the western blot transfer time can be reduced to as little as 3 minutes using commonly used Semi-Dry Blotting Apparatus (e.g. Biorad, Transblot SD Semidry Tranfer cell). Besides this, the GlowPage Gels compatability with standard wet transfer protocol also eliminates the need for additional standardisation.
