GlowPage Gel Casting Kit

The GlowPage Gel Casting Kit is a cost-effective and user-friendly solution designed for users seeking a quick solution for casting and running of polyacrylamide gels in just 20-25 minutes using a standard Tris–glycine running buffer. It provides Laemmli-like protein separation, thus helping to streamline routine laboratory workflows.

Furthermore, when used in combination with the GlowProtein Mix, the prepared gels allow direct visualization of separated proteins under UV illumination within 2-5 minutes without the need for conventional staining or destaining.

Additionally when used in combination with the GlowTransblot Buffer, the western blot transfer time can be reduced to as little as 3 minutes using commonly used Semi-Dry Blotting Apparatus (e.g. Biorad, Transblot SD Semidry Tranfer cell). Besides this, the GlowPage Gels compatability with standard wet transfer protocol also eliminates the need for additional standardisation.
